Q: My Hotmail Messages are empty when I send to the MMA list. How can I fix that?

A: This is happening because the list server is configured to strip messages of all attachments. This is done for our safety. It prevents worms and viruses from being sent to all list members. When your Hotmail composition is set to send email in rich text, it becomes an attachment. To fix this issue, please read on.

Click to compose a new message. Then click on "Tools." Next, click "Rich-Text Editor OFF." See the image below.

Next you'll receive the following message. Click the OK button.

Now you're ready to type your message. It will appear as you intended on the list and in the list archives.
